We use a self-hosted Umami instance to understand usage of our website and editor in aggregated form and to improve Product2Clip. In our configuration, Umami does not set tracking cookies and is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or building user profiles across different websites.

We may process page views, referrers, technical browser and device information, timestamps, and basic product interaction events such as registration, checkout start, product parsing, proposal generation, or render queue events. We intentionally do not send email addresses, company names, product URLs, product names, or other directly identifying content as analytics events.

Depending on technical delivery, IP address and user agent may be processed transiently to derive aggregate statistics and detect misuse. The analytics infrastructure is under our control.
